Lessons

I give private lessons of piano and  music knowledge (music theory, rhythm, tone, auditory analysis, harmony, history of music) to beginners (at any age), intermediate and upper-intermediate students ( players). According to possibilities and agreement between both sides, I prefer classical playing, chamber playing ( four-handed piano playing, playing together with other instrument or with singing), folk, popular and other songs playing  and also different genre pieces ( ragtimes, boogie, blues, foxtrots etc.) during my lessons.

I drive up to your place ( or to any place chosen by you) at a pre-arranged time. I normally teach one lesson ( 45min) regularly ones in a week ( students during the school year and working people during the calendar year). After previous arrangement, we can of course change the regular frequence of the lessons ( e.g. 60min instead of 45 or so-called doubles). I work with the ´student´ on  certain subject matter during the lesson (practising technical skills, scales,  chords, small music pieces, songs, music execution etc. – according to an agreement). We choose these subjects together with the adept, so that he/she would be satisfied as much as possible in connection with the subject matter and with the approach of the lecturer. Technical skills and music theory go hand in hand and both are connected to the certain subject matter we learn ( rhythm, quint and quart circle, reversions of the chords, Italian terminology, dynamics and others). I  write down all the notes of the lesson subject on behalf of possible  turning back to it. In case of interest, you can get  a certificate ( report) of  your  studying and trying every half  of year.
